Valentina was my therapist today and she was fantastic. She explained what she would be doing as we went through the treatments. She checked in as she went and provided the knowledge throughout. She was happy to chat when spoken to. Pressure was as requested.

I had a nice and enjoyable time here. My friend got me a voucher as a gift for spa. Booking through the website was confusing. But soon we called to reception they booked it easily for us. Also I picked a traditional non-oil involved massage and it was great

Had a Spa Facial at Sensu Spa recently. It felt more like a massage than a typical chemical facial, so if you’re after deep exfoliation or active treatments, this might not be it. That said, the experience was very neutral and calming – left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Ideal if you’re looking to unwind rather than target specific skin concerns.

This was my first massage since coming to Melbourne, and it was such a wonderful experience. The salon is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect treat for myself. I had a 60-minute session and my body felt so much lighter afterwards. Kako’s consultation and massage were excellent, and I had a truly satisfying time. Highly recommended:)

I was given a gift voucher for Sensu Spa. I did the Executive Package and it was absolutely fabulous - included foot treatment & massage, Japanese Shiatsu massage, light sushi lunch, Babor Ultimate Ampule Facial and finished with a head shiatsu massage. I left there so relaxed and felt like I was floating. Therapists were exceptional. Looking forward to returning for further treatments. Thank you Sensu for a wonderful day.

Visited Sensu on a spontaneous whim to attempt a bucket list check-off of experiencing a float tank! Walked in off the street with no booking with my fingers crossed and the receptionist was able to find some time for me midday-ish on a Saturday! I unfortunately didn't catch her name but incredibly friendly and accommodating! The tank was awesome! From the ease-in music to total blackout, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and had moments of total senselessness and zen. Incredibly therapeutic physically and mentally! Thank ya'll, I will be back!

Treated myself to a spa day thanks to a gift voucher and Sensu Spa did not disappoint! The vibe is super chill, made me feel instantly relaxed. The staff were super friendly and on point made sure I was comfy the whole time. And wow, the deep tissue massage? Felt like a new person afterwards, totally rejuvenated. 10/10 would recommend for anyone needing some serious R&R 👍

I got to experience Sensu Spa as a gift from my partner, who lives overseas. He told me he spent time researching the best spa experiences in Melbourne, and he definitely found a good one! The spa was calm and had a beautiful scent. Everything was ready on time and with great attention to detail. I absolutely LOVED the heated massage table, it made me wish every treatment lasted twice as long. Being wrapped in warmth during winter was such a comforting treat. I also enjoyed the tea they gave me during a lovely tea break. By the end of the session, my skin was soft, nourished, and glowing. Overall, it was a truly beautiful spa experience. Thank you so much!

I just had a massage here with my wife, and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to come as a couple. The place is very clean and professional, and we felt completely comfortable the whole time. Most importantly, the massage was excellent, honestly better than some I’ve had overseas. Both my wife and I were very pleased. They also offer tea and water, provide slippers, and even gave us a small chocolate at the end, a really nice touch. They have couple rooms where you’re in the same room with a small divider for privacy. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I enjoyed our head to toe package immensely. The ladies whom attended to us were professional and polite and exceeded in delivering all that we booked for. A very relaxed and comfortable spa.
